Specialty Initial Consult Cancellation Policy

To ensure we can provide the highest level of care and accommodate all patients in need, we require a $50 deposit when scheduling a new specialty initial consultation. This deposit will be applied toward the cost of your pet’s initial visit.

• The $50 deposit is non-refundable in the event of a no-show (failing to arrive for your scheduled appointment without notice).

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice during business days (Monday through Friday).

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment (Monday through Friday) may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• Appointments canceled with sufficient notice (24+ hours, Monday–Friday) will allow your deposit to be refunded or applied to a rescheduled visit.
