Payment in full is required at the time of service. For patients admitted to the hospital, a deposit will be collected before treatment begins, with the remaining balance due at discharge.

Refund Policy
All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase. Refunds will be issued at the time of patient discharge.
