Born and raised in a small town in Minnesota, Rachellee began her veterinary career at the University of Minnesota. In 2023, she took a leap of faith and moved to the Pacific Northwest to continue working in oncology, a specialty she often says chose her rather than the other way around. This quickly became one of the most meaningful chapters of her career.

At Pacific Northwest Pet ER & Specialty Center, she discovered a passion not only for oncology, but also for building meaningful relationships, strengthening hospital culture, and creating community within veterinary medicine. Through involvement with the Sunshine Committee and serving as a Cultural Ambassador, Rachellee found a love for connection and supporting veterinary teams beyond the treatment floor.

As Referral Relationship Manager, she brings compassion, authenticity, and a people-centered approach to supporting both veterinary teams and the relationships that strengthen patient care. Outside of work, Rachellee loves creating community, spending time outdoors, paddle boarding, road-tripping, gardening, and soaking in all the beauty the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
