Hospital Director

Shannon Peacock

Shannon, originally from Wisconsin, made the move to the Pacific Northwest in 1999. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience and operations in behavioral health settings.  She was part of the initial opening of PacWest and has since assisted with the opening of additional facilities,  a professional passion of hers.

Her extensive background in mental health has been instrumental in cultivating the positive, supportive culture at PacWest. Shannon is passionate about mentoring and coaching her leadership team, with a focus on boosting employee engagement, retention, and enhancing communication strategies.

When she's not at work, Shannon can be found cheering on her sons at their sporting events, and enjoying the outdoors through hiking, camping, gardening and traveling. She is very competitive and loves   cheering on her beloved Green Bay Packers and other WI sports teams,  attending live sporting events, cooking, gardening, and spending quality time with her partner, and her two perfect kitties, Ash & Blaze.

Shannon is deeply involved as a volunteer and advocate for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, a cause that became especially personal after her eldest son was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in 2022.
